Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy
At Anatomy.one, our goal is your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your anatomical figure, we offer return options in accordance with current Spanish legislation and our conditions.
1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without the need for justification, within a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product.
Timeframe to exercise the Right of Withdrawal: The 14-calendar-day period will be counted from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquire material possession of the good. In cases where your order includes multiple figures delivered separately, the period will begin to count from the day you acquire material possession of the last figure in your order.
Conditions for Withdrawal: For the right of withdrawal to be valid, the figure must be returned in perfect condition, including its original packaging, labels, and accessories (if any). You will be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
How to exercise the Right of Withdrawal: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision clearly and unequivocally before the established deadline expires. You can do this via:

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Spanish legislation (Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), the right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts concerning:
The supply of goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized. This means that if the anatomical figure has been manufactured or modified specifically according to your instructions (e.g., with custom colors, non-standard specific scales, or from a 3D model provided by you), you will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery (this generally does not apply to anatomical figures, but is mentioned for completeness in specific medical cases if applicable).
3. Return Procedure
Once you have communicated your decision to withdraw, you must send us the product to the following address, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

4. Refunds
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will proceed to refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if any), without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date we were informed of your decision to withdraw.
Return Shipping Costs: The direct costs of returning the figure will be borne by you, unless we have agreed to cover them or have not informed you that you are responsible for these costs.
Refund Method: We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly stipulated otherwise and provided you do not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If the anatomical figure you received has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit, this case is not governed by the right of withdrawal, but by the legal guarantee of conformity of goods.
Reporting Incidents: In case of receiving a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately (preferably within 24 hours of receipt for transport damage and a maximum of [Number of days, e.g., 72 hours] for other visible defects). It is crucial that if you notice any damage to the packaging upon receipt, you indicate this on the carrier’s delivery note.
Resolution: Once we verify the defect or damage, we will proceed with the repair, replacement of the product, price reduction, or termination of the contract (refund of the amount), as appropriate and in accordance with the Law. All costs associated with the return and reshipment of the product in these cases (defects or transport damage) will be borne by [Your Website Name].
6. Considerations for International Shipments
Our return policy is governed by Spanish law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). For customers outside of Spain, the same conditions will apply.
Customs and Taxes: In case of returns from outside the European Union, the customer will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applicable to the return. It is your responsibility to ensure that the figure is declared correctly to avoid additional customs charges to anatomy.One.
Currency: Refunds will be issued in the same currency in which the original purchase was made.
